After a day out, let your gloves and mitts air-dry at room temperature with the cuffs open. Keep them away from direct heat — radiators, heat vents, hair dryers, or a fire. High heat stiffens and cracks leather and can damage the insulation and waterproof insert.

Wipe away dirt and salt with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let them dry. Don't machine wash, tumble dry, dry-clean, or soak them — it breaks down the leather, the Hiloft™ insulation, and the waterproof, breathable membrane.

A few times a season, work a leather conditioner or cream made for gloves into the clean, dry shell and palm. This keeps the performance leather supple, prevents cracking, and helps it shed water. Avoid petroleum-based products.

The shell has a PFAS-free water-repellent finish that wears down with use. When water stops beading on the surface and starts soaking in, refresh it with a spray-on or wash-in reproofer made for outerwear.

Make sure your gloves are completely dry before you put them away. Store them somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, laid flat and uncrushed so they hold their shape. Reshape them while slightly damp for the best fit next time.

When you take your gloves or mitts off, hold onto the fingertips and pull them off from there — this keeps the lining from turning inside out. Cinch the barrel-lock cuff to seal out snow, and let them fully dry between uses to stay warm and comfortable all season.
